On Saturday, July 27, the tennis player, 44, was sighted on a boat near Nerano, Italy, along the Amalfi Coast with actor-producer Andrea Preti, 36.
Williams, who recently shared the stage with her sister and host Serena at the 2024 ESPYS in July, wore an olive-green dress and kept her hair up while vacationing in the Mediterranean. Preti, 36, wore a white button-down shirt and sunglasses while lounging with the man. Preti’s acting credentials include the Italian television series A Professor and the movie One More Day.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion revealed to Cosmopolitan in September 2021 that she was not “desperate” to get married almost ten years later. Many of my friends do not think I am serious when I claim I appreciate my life and have no desire to change it. The tennis player said, “I am not desperate, and they do not believe me.
They make comments along the lines of, ‘You will miss your window.’ I am like, just unwind, please. I do not feel this way; you could. I swear to you that I don’t,” she murmured.
Williams talked candidly to Glamour UK a year later about her efforts to improve her relationships for its October 2022 issue.
I have had a single life for a long time, and I think it is really easy to get stuck in a solitary life and sometimes – at least for me – harder to get away, she explained at the time. It makes you think about you and what you want and how to react.
She also mentioned that she is ready to go with whatever happens if the appropriate person shows up. “You have to know when to change when life changes,” Williams said.
She stated, “You cannot hold on to either the partnership or the singleness.”
