Jennifer Lopez visits Ben Affleck at his Los Angeles residence: After spending a large portion of the summer apart, Jennifer Lopez paid Ben Affleck a visit at his house this past weekend.
According to a source who spoke with people, on Sunday, August 11, Affleck was at his Brentwood rental home when the 55-year-old actress from Atlas paid him a visit. She had gone to the mall with his 12-year-old son Samuel earlier in the day.
According to the insider, Lopez is excited to spend time with Affleck’s children before school starts. Lopez and her ex-husband Marc Anthony have twins, Max and Emme, who are sixteen years old. Samuel, 15, Seraphina, 18, and Violet, 18, are shared by Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
“Just because she is not with Ben does not mean that she does not care about his kids,” according to the insider.
She gave them her whole attention. Last year, she looked for the ideal home for their blended family for months. Now that she is back in Los Angeles, she wants to spend time with them before Violet leaves for college and classes commence.”
This Thursday, August 15, is Affleck’s 52nd birthday. A source earlier told on August 6 that the actor and Lopez had not seen one another “in weeks.” That source was added: “They are moving on apart. Jennifer is looking to move to a new place so she can start over.”
Affleck is “doing well,” according to another insider who spoke out a few days later. He “thrives when he is busy, and he is been working nonstop.”
“The children are still not in class. He spends a lot of time with them as well,” the insider continued, noting that the summer has not been easy for him either. He is merely attempting to maintain his concentration and live each day to the fullest.”
Affleck and Lopez have not made any public remarks regarding the status of their marriage. Their second wedding anniversary passed by in July without any fanfare. When sources claimed the two were living apart in May, there were clear indications that something was wrong in their relationship.
Lopez is “having a good summer,” according to one insider, especially “considering everything that is going on.”
said the source, “She is been taking time off to concentrate on her next project. She has delighted in spending time with her family, friends, and children. Even when things are not perfect, she always maintains a positive outlook.”
Lopez, who postponed her summer concert tour in order to spend more time with her family, will next be seen in the Affleck production Unstoppable, which will have its Toronto International Film Festival premiere in September.
After wrapping up production on The Accountant 2, a follow-up to his 2016 action movie, Affleck will co-star with Matt Damon in the Netflix criminal thriller RIP.
