Gabrielle Union celebrates Bring It On 24th anniversary: Gabrielle Union asks about the whereabouts of her character from Bring It On, transporting us back to bygone eras.
The Bring It On movie undoubtedly evoked nostalgia as it reached its 24th anniversary. The film’s star, Gabrielle Union, asked followers in a post what her character, Isis, was up to these days.
In honour of the film’s 24th birthday on August 26, Monday, The Perfect Find Star asked her followers the previously mentioned question on her X handle. Union scribbled, “My goodnessssss,” on the platform. On Isis, I need the (tea). Someone? Has anyone seen our girl? Rumours Only.
Still photos of Union, the Clovers cheer squad from East Compton High School, and other groups were included in the article. Several admirers of the iconic movie let their fantasies run wild and responded to the actress’s tweet.
Several occupations were mentioned by admirers, such as actor, journalist, lawyer, Beyonce’s choreographer, and “accomplished prosecutor.”

People magazine reports that Kristen Dunst, another member of the film’s ensemble, attended the Cinespia event in Los Angeles on August 17, which was organised in honour of the actress. She was seen on camera yelling the movie’s “roll call” at that moment.
She told Entertainment Tonight in April that she would be willing to return to the Bring It On universe as long as it was not too “embarrassing,” prior to this incident.
Union revealed to Variety in January 2023 that a sequel to the film was still in development. They had been “developing sequel forever,” she said. The actress went on to say that, for those who are unaware, the length of time a development in Hollywood might take could be anywhere from five minutes to five decades.
vThe Breaking In star previously admitted to People magazine that her connection with her role in the movie was difficult. Union said that she had been given “carte blanche” to create Isis’s persona from the ground up and that all she had done was “put a muzzle on her.”
Union claimed to believe she was being a “bigger” person, but in reality, she was not fully expressing the “frustration and harm” that come with stealing a culture. She did not permit her to feel “as angry, disappointed, and frustrated as she should have been,” according to Union.
She said she wanted to see Isis accepted and given all the things she believed the character should have in order to be recognized as a “black leader.”
