Adam Sandler says his daughters push him to take better care of his health: In an August 20, 2024, interview with the public for his Netflix special, Adam Sandler disclosed that his daughters, Sunny, 15, and Sadie, 18, motivate him to take better care of his health and diet.
It appears that well-known comedian and actor Adam Sandler’s children take the adage “health is wealth” literally. Speaking to Time on August 20, 2024, at the Netflix comedy special “Adam Sandler: Love You” premiere in New York City, the well-known actor disclosed that his daughters Sunny, 15, and Sadie, 18, push him to care for his health.
“They always look out for me and my health just like I used to with my dad,” Sandler asserts. “You go, ‘Man, I want this guy around,’ so I used to scream at my dad to quit smoking, and my kids scream at me to just calm down and try to eat a little more like a normal person,” he said.
This occurred after the actor disclosed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that Sadie recommended he hire the same personal trainer he used while filming You Do not Mess with the Zohan in 2008.
Afterwards, he talked candidly about his challenges with fitness and acknowledged that his body could no longer support him when it came to doing out. He admitted that he did put on some weight because he simply played basketball and then ate, making a suggestion that it gets increasingly harder to maintain one’s physical fitness as one gets older.
He also recalled how Sadie, his daughter, had been asking him to find his former trainer from the 2008 movie and why he had let him go in the first place. “I simply am unable to return inside… Everything about her is true, but I do not promise her anything. I think, ‘Let me think about it; that is a nice concept,'” he continued.
Sadie and Sunny Sandler, the couple’s daughters, have starred in a number of their father’s motion pictures over the years, including Hubie Halloween, which will be released on Netflix in 2020. Sandler is married to Jackie Sandler. However, they did not get major roles until 2023.
Sunny has acted in several of her father’s films, including Grown Ups, Blended, and Murder Mystery, just like her elder sister. Sunny is passionate in singing in addition to her duties in acting. She sang a song from The Greatest Showman live on stage at one of her father’s comedic gigs in June 2019.
In the meantime, Sandler is incredibly fond of his two gorgeous girls and never fails to express his affection for them with kind deeds. For example, he brought his kids to the premiere of Taylor Swift’s concert video in Los Angeles, and after the show, the pop star posed for pictures with the two girls.
