Min Hee Jiin for allegedly covering up a harassment situation: A lawsuit was brought against here by a former ADOR employee who claimed that Min Hee Jin had concealed an incidence of workplace harassment. Continue reading for more information.

The CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jin, was charged in July with concealing a case of workplace harassment. The claimed victim came forward and made her claims public, despite her side’s early denials. According to the most recent sources, she may have sued Min Hee Jin.

The former ADOR employee filed a lawsuit against Min Hee Jin on August 23, according to Xports News, a Korean media outlet. The employee claimed to be the victim of workplace harassment and accused Min Hee Jin of covering it up.

The article said that the former worker, identified only as B, filed a criminal and civil complaint alleging that the Labour Standards Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the transmission of false information had been violated.

She also filed a report on unfair labour practices against Executive A, the suspected offender, with the Ministry of Employment and Labour.

For those who do not know, Min Hee Jin was the target of accusations in July that she had concealed a case of workplace harassment. A month later, the alleged victim came forward, despite her denials at the time.

The former ADOR employee took to social media to accuse Min Hee Jin of siding with the offender and even making fun of her for bringing up the accusations. B disclosed in her post that she experienced verbal abuse and sexist remarks from executive A.

She went on to say that even on weekends and holidays, she was given assignments. The purported victim threatened to take severe legal action if she did not get a sincere apology.

Shortly after, rumours circulated that the concerned executive is actually Min Hee Jin’s “partner” in her scheme to utilise HYBE’s management privileges for ADOR. Though the CEO of ADOR did not immediately address the claims, rumours circulated that this is the cause.

The situation reportedly got worse when executive A allegedly informed B that he was “withdrawing” his apology. In a recent interview, the purported victim stated that if Min Hee Jin had publicly clarified the facts, she would have been happy to receive a formal apology from the executive. However, she had second thoughts after he threatened to sue and the ADOR CEO did not say anything for a long time.
